The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform solely for personal recreational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without Miami888's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Miami888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or corruption of account information;
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures;
